The Information Clause on Processing of Personal Data

3. Your data will be processed for the purposes of the execution of the orders and answering inquiries.
4. Your data may be shared with:
- IT service providers which our company cooperates with in order to maintain the continuity and proper functioning of the systems;
- Entities operating in postal and courier activities in order to deliver correspondence;
The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected data of the User exclusively to the entities authorised by law.
5. Your personal data will be stored as long as the lawful and legitimate interest of the Administrator is valid, unless you refuse to have your data stored.
6. You are entitled to access your personal data, the right to correct your data, the right to limit the processing of your data or to delete it.
7.You have a right to object to further processing of your data, and in case of consenting to the processing of personal data you are also entitled to its withdrawal. Exercising the right of withdrawal does not apply to the data processing which had been in place before the consent being cancelled.
8. You are entitled to file a complaint to an applicable supervisory authority at the moment when you consider the processing of your personal data to be violated or breached, also according to the GDPR regulations.
9. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to establish the contract and/or for the provision of services , ensuring the communication, handling claims and complaints. The consequence of not providing personal date will be the inability to cooperate with the Administrator of personal data.
